When this was created, I wanted it to be not like any other blog. Unique, thoughtful, inspiring. But in reality, it is just another blog. Just like with people, we can feel unique at times, that we know and feel our sense of our purpose and sometimes, we feel like we blend in and feel like just another person. But the cool thing is, everything has purpose…even when it doesn’t feel like it.
I want this to be a place of vulnerability, a place of realness. I want to encourage, inspire. I want to remind us of our worth and where our foundation of our identity is. I want this to be a place that is Christ-centered; chasing, yearning, growing, and abiding in him.
We can listen to the lies that are fed to us daily, or we can tune our ears to our Creator. The one who has handcrafted us. Whose breathe is in our lungs. Who promises us peace. Love. Hope.
And something that I will always want to remind us of:
we are fearfully and wonderfully made.
